SERVICE ADVISOR

Location: 2 Church Road, Cloncollog, Tullamore, CO. Offaly 

We are currently hiring for the open position of Service Advisor in Tullamore Motors

Responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary
• Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.
• Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
• Submitting work orders to technicians
• Being the first point of contact for service customers
• Collecting payment after repairs are completed.
• Providing Customers with excellent customer service at every contact point.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail
• Previous experience in an aftersales role or the automotive field will be advantageous.
• Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to communicate with mechanics, customers, and management
